Our top-class kitchen team led by Chef Thomas Blümel prefers to work with fresh, regional produce. We source around eighty percent of our food from farms and suppliers in the region. For example, some of our venison comes from the Count’s hunt, and our cakes and desserts are from our own patisserie. Here, you can spend relaxing evenings packed with culinary highlights and down-to-earth regional specialities.
From the high window front of the castle-like restaurant, the view sweeps onto the large terrace, where in the summer you can take breakfast amidst the colourful flowers in the morning sun.
Here we will spoil you with a generous and vitamin-rich breakfast buffet. Naturally, we also offer a large selection of vegan and vegetarian alternatives for complete plant-based nutrition. In the evenings, guests who opt for half-board can enjoy our varied and seasonal cuisine as a set menu or gourmet buffet. The extensive drinks menu in Oscar’s Bar is world class, and really does have something for every taste. We are also proud to serve a sophisticated selection of snacks and small dishes.
